Refund Policy

1. Full Refund — Before Work Begins

If you change your mind before we begin the design phase, you are entitled to a 100% refund. You must submit your refund request within 48 hours of purchase.

The design phase begins once you submit your onboarding form through the client dashboard. If you have not submitted the onboarding form, your project has not started.

2. Partial Refund — During Design Phase

If you request a cancellation after the design phase has started but before final delivery, you are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers the design work, research, and resources already invested in your project.

3. No Refund — After Final Delivery

Once the final project files have been delivered to you, no refund will be issued. At this point, all work has been completed and the intellectual property has been transferred to you.

4. Revisions Are Not Grounds for Refund

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. If you are not satisfied with the initial design, you must use your included revisions to request changes. Unused revisions do not entitle you to a refund.

If after exhausting all included revision rounds you are still not satisfied, we will evaluate the situation individually and may offer additional revisions at no extra cost — at our discretion.

5. EU & UK Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)

Under the law of the European Union and the United Kingdom, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal (a 14-day "cooling-off" period) from online purchases. However, by purchasing our custom digital design and development services and submitting your onboarding form, you explicitly agree that we will begin the performance of the service immediately.

Therefore, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed (Final Delivery). If you request cancellation before the work is completed, our standard refund policy (Sections 1 & 2) applies.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@getaceris.com with the following:

  1. The email address used for purchase
  2. Your order number (if available)
  3. Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through our payment gateway and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued in the original currency and directly back to the original payment method used.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, including but not limited to: repeated purchase-and-refund behavior, attempts to retain delivered work after a refund, or providing false information during the refund process.
